For international orders, shipping is available to designated countries and regions, and the specific accessible areas will be displayed when you enter the shipping address at checkout. Please note that some international regions may have shipping restrictions due to customs regulations or logistics conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse shipping to such regions.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period from order payment to shipment. For regular in-stock Products (such as casual tees, chinos, and basic knitwear), the processing time is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For tailored or special-series Products (such as custom-fit dress shirts, thick winter outerwear), due to the need for additional quality inspection and careful packaging to ensure product integrity, the processing time may be extended to 2-4 business days. For pre-ordered Products, the processing time will be clearly stated on the product detail page. If there is a delay in processing due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, public health events) or unexpected circumstances (such as inventory shortages), we will notify you in a timely manner.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We cooperate with professional logistics carriers to provide safe and efficient shipping services, and the available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the type of Products. The main shipping methods are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping: Applicable to all types of Products and most regions. Domestic standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after order processing; international standard shipping takes 7-15 business days after processing, and the specific time varies by destination. This method provides basic tracking services, allowing you to query the real-time shipment status through the carrier's official website.
  • Expedited Shipping: Applicable to both domestic and international regions (excluding partial remote areas). For domestic orders, delivery takes 1-3 business days after processing; for international orders, delivery takes 3-7 business days after processing. This method offers priority handling and transportation, with real-time order tracking. Additional fees apply, and the specific amount will be calculated at checkout. All types of men’s clothing are eligible for expedited shipping, and the specific availability will be indicated at checkout.
Note: The estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or customs inspection time (for international orders). Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, customs clearance delays, or logistics carrier issues. We will not be liable for delivery delays caused by these factors, but we will try our best to assist in tracking and coordinating with the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, product weight, volume, and order value. The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete the payment. The following are the main shipping fee policies:
  • Free Standard Shipping: For domestic orders with a total value reaching the specified threshold, free standard shipping is provided. The specific threshold is displayed on the homepage or at checkout. This offer does not apply to expedited shipping, pre-ordered Products, or international orders. For international orders, free standard shipping may be available when the order value meets a higher specified threshold, and the specific standard will be indicated at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping Fees for Small Orders: For domestic orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will be charged, and the specific amount will be clearly indicated at checkout. The shipping fee for multiple items in a single order will be calculated based on the total weight or volume, with no additional per-item shipping charges.
  • International Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight, volume, and destination country/region. A minimum international shipping fee applies, and the exact amount will be calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping fee and must be borne by the recipient. It is recommended that you understand the local customs policies before placing an international order to avoid unexpected costs.

5. Key Shipping Notes

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and valid shipping address (including street number, city, postal code, and contact phone number). Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to delivery delays, losses, or returns, for which we will not be liable. Address modifications are only allowed within 24 hours of order payment; once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, address changes cannot be made.
All men’s clothing is packaged with dust-proof bags and reinforced cartons to prevent wrinkles, stains, or damage during transportation. For easily wrinkled Products (such as dress shirts, tailored trousers), we use anti-wrinkle packaging materials and fold them properly to minimize creases. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track the real-time shipping status through the carrier's official website. Upon receiving the package, please inspect it for external damage before signing for acceptance. If the package is obviously damaged (such as deformed cartons, broken packaging), you have the right to refuse acceptance and contact us in a timely manner. Please check the product integrity, style, size, and color within 48 hours of receipt and report any defects with relevant photos or videos as proof.
